Karmdal is situated in the south west of Jutland, Denmark between the towns Varde and Esbjerg
at the main road no. 12, but at the same time in a big beautiful area with the most lovely view.
Our paddocks are painted in a nature colour, because we love and enjoy the nature around us.
From the main house we have a view to the fields, barn and most of the farm.
In winter time the horses uses the paddocks near the barn. In the summer
they enjoy their time at the big pasture north of the stream.
All paddocks and fields can be seen from the main house.
The barn is big and bright. The stables are made in hard wood. All the fronts can be open, for better access.

Most of our horses are working in the pool or at the treadmill regually.
Our pool is 25 m and with jetstream. We have 2 shower rooms, 2 solariums for horses and 1 for dogs.
Our riding area is 20x60 m
This is the main entrees of the center. From here you have access to the pool, the office,
the shop, the coffee-room etc.
